€10,00”Mad Sin: Fuck the World; London Dungeon
Battle of Ninjamanz: Forever; 2, 3, 4 (Tokyo Party Animal)
One of Germany’s finest psychobilly bands takes on one of the leading lights of the Japanese scene. The first two tracks feature the psychotic hillbilly beat of the one and only Mad Sin and then two more by the most entertaining psychobilly band in Japan, Battle of Ninjamanz.
Mad Sin – They serve up the finest Punkabilly Rock ’n’ Roll to be found this side of the Atlantic. Their last album, Survival of the Sickest, was released last year by People Like You. Their tour of Japan in February (supported by Battle of Ninjamanz for the second time) met with great acclaim and they have dates throughout Europe and the US coming up very soon.
Battle of Ninjamanz – Since their formation in 1994 B.O.N has been one of the pioneers of the Japanese psychobilly scene: from having their own label – Big Rumble Production – to organising the annual Big Rumble festival, which has been turning heads and minds since 1996. They released their first album, Fuck the World, in 2001 and continue to go from strength to strength.”

Ray Collins Hot-Club - Shaking That Boogie (Käytetty CD)
€20,00Kunnon meno kamaa! Jump-bluesia!!!!
RAY COLLINS’ HOT-CLUB are certainly one of the hottest 1950’s style jump-blues bands ever to come out of Europe. In fact, once you listen to these recordings, you’d probably agree that they are amongst the best in the world today. And as close to a perfect ’50s sound as you could get.
This is a truly outstanding collection of high-quality rhythm and blues. Good-time music with a SOLID beat. It’s extremely rare that a new band comes up with a really exciting sound that genuinely captures the spirit of the classic recordings of the legendary 1950s artists, but here you’ll hear shades of Tiny Bradshaw, Joe Houston, Big Jay McNeely, Joe Liggins, Johnny ’Guitar’ Watson, Wynonie Harris and Ike Turner’s King of Rhythm.
RAY COLLINS’ HOT-CLUB arrangements, production and mastering are testimony to the meticulous attention to detail that has gone into making these incredible new recordings. These are modern day classics that are just crying out for airplay. If you get a chance to see RAY COLLINS’ HOT-CLUB play live you’ll enjoy a show and enjoy a sound that is straight out of 1951. An unbelievable journey back to the birth of rock’n’roll. High energy, exuberant and glamorous.

Flaming Stars - Pathway (Käytetty CD)
€11,00’Pathway’ is the Flaming Stars 4th album, and fits stunningly into the sophisticated grind ’n’ roll niche that they have made for themselves over the last few years. Recorded at the legendary studio of the same name, ’Pathway’ features a photographic diary of those sessions in October ’98 and January this year, courtesy of Mary Scanlon, and is testament to the blood, sweat (but not too many tears) that have gone into this album.
