Twin Temple - God Is Dead (LP)
€40,002023 release. ”Twin Temple are back with their most ambitious, meticulous, and blasphemous offering to date, ’God Is Dead’. Blending their Satanic ideology with the irresistible sass and melody of classic ’50s and ’60s rock ’n’ roll, the high priest and priestess of Satanic Doo-Wop have conjured up a delectable sonic ritual of vintage melodies, soulful vocals, and devilish lyrics that celebrates individuality, freedom, and rebellion against the rigid norms of both rock and mainstream society. From the blood-soaked ecstasy of their previously released single ”Let’s Have A Satanic Orgy” to the euphoric proclamation of the title track, ’God Is Dead’ is a musical journey that will take you to the crossroads of magick and rock ’n’ roll. Will you be tempted to sell your soul? The only way to find out is to press play.

Rocket 88 - Same (Käytetty LP/12)
€13,00Quoted directly from album notes written by Ian Stewart:
This album was recorded under less than ideal conditions at the Rotation Club in Hanover, West Germany – where the stage is 20 feet above the floor and most people watch from the sides. For some reason, the band was on fire that night, despite a long bus ride and the odd hangover or two. Although acoustically the club left much to be desired, I feel we have achieved one of the best live albums ever, with the sort of feeling that is never achieved in studios. Jack Bruce in particular played his ass off; and by the time ”Roll ’Em Pete” ended the set, his fingers were bleeding profusely from playing double bass – something he has only rarely done in recent years. Although the album was recorded on 24 tracks, there are no instrumental overdubs. Everything is as it was on that night, and the editing scissors were only used on one number so that we could have four tracks on side two. -

€33,00Eli Paperboy Reed’s Hits And Misses is a remastered collection of rarities, originals, & covers, featuring Eli’s spin on Motörhead’s “The Ace of Spades.” Eli takes Motorhead’s hard rock classic and reimagines it as a soul revival with Hammond organ, brass horns, electric guitar, Eli’s signature vocal wails and a backbeat that creates a new take on the song that is no less powerful than the original.
Hits And Misses also includes Eli’s noirish R&B take on Steely Dan’s 1972 hit ”Do It Again” that brings the original song back in time 30 years and a cover of Latimore’s 1974 hit ”Let’s Straighten It Out,” showcasing a vocal intensity that’s not quite as present in the nearly spoken word original.

This high-energy track is featured in Disney’s Marvel comic series, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. Lola Lola - Baby Please Don’t Go / Goodbye (7 single/EP)
€10,00Uusi single.
With their roots in the ever pulsating and innovative creative movement in the city of Porto, Lola Lola were formed in 2014, from the union of a tired and tested musical trio: Tiago Gil (Guitar), Miguel Lourenço (Bass) e Hélder Coelho (Drums), all formerly of Os Tornados, to which a powerful baritone sax and the disconcerting voice of Carla Capela, known in Porto’s nightlife circuit as DJ Just Honey, were added.
Nurtured by the musical universe of the 50s and 60s, and inspired by R&B/Popcorn, 60s Beat and Rock’n’Roll, Lola Lola signed in early 2015 with one of the most important and prestigious independent labels in Europe, “Sleazy Records”, from Spain, and released in the intervening period singles “Money in the Can” (June/2015), “Sweet Lovin’” (December/2016) and the most recent double-sider “Voodoo Man/VoodooWoman” (February/2018).
With their songs being highlighted around the world by cult DJs, radio stations and the music blogosphere, Lola Lola have traveled the Iberian highways to clubs and festivals, firing up audiences and leaving a trail of worn shoes and infatuated eardrums behind them.
Always thirsty for the road, Lola Lola take the opportunity that comes with releasing their third seven-inch to return to live gigs, again setting audiences aflame with their hot and straightforward style. -
