Recorded between 1952 and 1963 for Aladdin, Warwick and Imperial, this set includes classics like Rock All Night, I’m Gone, Everybody’s Rockin’, The Flirt, Rockin’ With The Clock, as well as the unique boy-girl saga, Shirley Come Back, Shirley’s Back, The Proposal, etc. that had R&B record-buyers captivated in the ’50s.
